China Tour from Beijing to Hong Kong through Xi'an,Chengdu,Guilin

Welcome to China! Touch down in Beijing and meet your Driver (and/or guide) for a one-hour private transfer to your downtown hotel.

Pick up at your hotel located in the downtown Beijing at 8:30am. Then you will go to visit NCPA. This is a music hall. The building looks like a big egg on water. The structure is amazing inside and outside. Beautiful architecture.

Tian'anmen is a monumental gate in the centre of Beijing, widely used as a national symbol of China. First built during the Ming dynasty in 1420, Tiananmen was the entrance to the Imperial City, within which the Forbidden City was located.

The magnificent Forbidden City is the largest Imperial Palace in the world. You’ll spend a couple of hours wandering around this amazing example of Imperial architecture and learning about the history of the palace.

You will climb to the top pavilion to get a fabulous panoramic view of Forbidden City.

1.5hours driving to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall in the morning. This place is the most famous and ideal section of the Great Wall. You will take a chairlift up to the breathtaking wall and spend a leisurely 1 to 2 hours hiking up and down the various sections exploring the Watch Towers and marveling at the construction and beauty of the renown and legendary Wall. You then will take an exhilarating toboggan ride back down from the top of the Great Wall.

It's China’s most progressive artistic precinct. It's a hotspot of modern art, culture and design.

Morning you will go to visit Summer Palace, a summer resort for Imperial Family Members~considered the best preserved Imperial Park. Summer Palace has been listed in the World Heritage Sites, originally named Qingyi Yuan or the Garden of Clear Ripples, was the first constructed in 1750. It was razed to the group by the Anglo-French Allied Forces in 1860. The Government of Qing Dynasty rebuilt it in 1886 with funds that it had misappropriated from the Imperial Navy and other sources then 2 years later, renamed as Yihe Yuan or the Garden of Health and Harmony, it was ravaged by the Allied Forces of the Eight Powers that invaded China in 1900. You can visit the court area, lake area, long corridor etc.

Lama Temple also known as Yonghe Temple, Harmony and Peace Palace Lamasery, Yonghe Lamasery is located at the northeast corner of Beijing City, considered as the largest and most perfectly preserved lamasery in present day China.

It's the largest Imperial place of worship from ancient times. This special place becomes a park where the local community utilizes this beautiful and enormous space for social activities such as singing, dancing, and Taiji practice.

It's a good place to chill out for a few hours before you go to take a train.

It takes about 4.5 hours from Beijing to Xi'an by a fast train. (If you choose "no trains" option/package for your tour. Your guide can help you to get all the train tickets easily after you land in China.) Please note, this night you will be arrived and stay in Xi'an city. So please book a hotel in advance in Xi'an for this night for yourself.

It was while digging wells on the outskirts of Xi'an in the 1970s that farmers stumbled across what was to be China's most important archaeological find: the Terracotta Army. Distributed over three large underground pits and built to guard the First Emperor's tomb were more than 8,000 life-size warriors, some 520 horses, and more than 100 chariots, along with numerous other non-military characters dating from around 280 BC.

It's a food street. The Chinese hamburger is a must-eat food here.

Xi'an City Wall has been guarding the inner city for 600 years. Bicycle riding on the top of the wall is a popular activity. If the weather is good, why don't you give it a try.

It's one of the first huge state museums with modern facilities in China and one of the largest. The museum houses over 370,000 items, including murals, paintings, pottery, coins, as well as bronze, gold, and silver objects. The modern museum was built between 1983 and 2001 and its appearance recalls the architectural style of the Tang Dynasty.

Xi'an have a long history and it was a very important city in China for long years. So the museums are a lot in this city.

It is the mausoleum of Emperor Jing, the sixth emperor of the Western Han Dynasty and his Empress Wang. The Han Yang Ling is composed of two large burial mounds, 86 smaller burial pits and a criminals' graveyard. The site today also hosts a museum. The larger of the two mounds is the burial place of the Jing Emperor, it sits next to the slightly smaller mound of his Empress Wang.

It takes 4 hours from Xi'an to Chengdu by a fast train. The train start in the afternoon. There are a lot of daily trains goes to Chengdu from Xi'an. very easy to get them. Tonight you will stay in Chengdu.

Mount Qingcheng is one of the most famous Taoist mountains in China. It's an UNESCO World Heritage Site as well.

The best place to see Padas in a close approximation to their natural habitat is at the excellent Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Chengdu. Here, you'll have the chance to watch as many as 80 pandas go about their daily routines, from foraging to playing in the facility's large park-like setting.

It takes about 5.5 hours from Chengdu to Guilin by a fast train. Your guide will help you to get your ticket easily. Please note, this night you will be arrive and stay in Guilin city. So please book a hotel in advance in Guilin for this night for yourself.

The terraces are beautiful when the sun reflects on the water of the paddy fields, and the fields glow when the paddy is ripe. From a distance, during the growing season, these winding terraces appear as if they were green woven cables laid out over the hillsides, starting at the riverbank and ending near the mountaintop. Visitors can meander through the paddies and villages, greeting and being greeted by horses, chickens, ducks, pigs and hard working locals.

The town of Guilin boasts some of China's most beautiful countryside and is famous for the Li River, which meander through the town and surrounding karst mountains. The views of the river and the mountains along it are stunning. Be relax and enjoy the views.

The Yulong River is a small tributary of the larger Li River in Southeastern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region that runs through the major city of Guilin to Yangshuo. Biking has become a popular tourist activity, as there are many quaint villages along the river.

A nice place to stroll around. If you've visited this place, then you can go to Folded Brocade Hill or Reed Floot Cave.

At the end of the tour, you will take a fast train (only 3.5hours) to Hong Kong. Your guide will send you to your train station in Guilin. This is the end place of this tour. You will explore Hong Kong by yourself. The train start around 13:40 and arrive Hongkong West Kowloon (JiuLong) train station around 17:00. (If you prefer to take a flight to Hong Kong or other places from Guilin, this tour can also end at Guilin airport with free airport drop-off service, in this case, you need to book your own flight that leave from Guilin.)
