The lively entertainment and nightlife area of Dotonbori is the most famous tourist destination in Osaka. It is famous for neon lights, its extravagant signage, and huge variety of restaurants and bars. It is located in Osaka’s southern Namba area, it’s one of the most colorful areas of Osaka and a must-see place.! The area is full of street food stalls, restaurants, and bars. Osaka’s obsession with food is often summed up with the expression ‘kuidaore’, which is generally interpreted as ‘eat until you fall’.

Kuromon Market is the most famous markets in Osaka. It is especially known as a gastoronomic experience to be had when you visit Osaka. You will see Osaka soul foods and enjoy trying the food at various restraints and pubs.

Hankai line is the only tramline service in Osaka and it has a long history. The Hankai Tramway company was founded in 1910, but one of its lines is even older and dates from 1900. These days you will see a variety of trams running on the Hankai tramlines and some of them are quite sleek and modern, but there are other vintage models that date from as long ago as 1928. They go through Osaka down town where you will figure out how Japanese people live. It’s return ticket is ¥460 /over 12, ¥240/under 12

Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine is one of the oldest shrines in Japan. It was founded in 211 by Empress Jingu.Sumiyoshi Shrine, affectionately called "Sumiyosan" by the people of Osaka, appears in many Japanese stories, from the old tales and the 11th century Tale of Genji to more recent literary works. The shrine is also home to a memorial to Nobel Prize-winning author Kawabata Yasunari (1899-1972), and it is also the setting for his short story "Anti-Bashi" (1948). The shrine has been a resident for more than 1,800 years. Also the Shrine is known as a sacred place(vortex site) for us!

Shinsekai is the most lively powerful southern part of Osaka city where Tsutenkaku Tower, a symbol of Osaka is located. This area is famous for Tsutenkaku, Janjan Yokocho, and large pufferfish lantern signs. The beginning of Shinsekai dates back to 1903, when the 5th National Industrial Exhibition was held in Tennoji and present-day Shinsekai. New attraction in Tsutenkaku called “Tower slider” is from the 3rd floor of Tsutenkaku Tower's intermediate observatory (22 meters above ground), the slide circles around the perimeter of the EV tower (one and a half turns) to the 1st basement floor (-4.5 meters above ground) in about 10 seconds, if you would like to be thrilled! The fee is 1000yen/adult, 500yen/~7years old.
