Nicknamed the "Republic of Hout Bay" due to its secluded location, this charming fishing town is surrounded by mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. It’s named after the indigenous forests that once thrived here and is now home to one of Cape Town’s busiest fishing harbors, seafood restaurants, and a vibrant tourism scene.

Get ready for one of the world’s most scenic drives—Chapman’s Peak Drive. Winding along the cliffs between Hout Bay and Noordhoek, this engineering marvel features 114 curves of breathtaking coastal beauty.
