After we pick up our participants from their accommodation in Phnom Penh and have a short transfer to the meeting point at Wat Botum park where our guide will briefing the tour, have a welcome drink like beer and first tasting of Khmer traditional noodle (Num Banh Chok or Num Bok Pen). This noodle was well-known in 13th century ( in 1270), by Chinese King Duzong.
